I'm glad the rest of you can break this place good my experience going through the drive-thru I wasn't exactly sure where on the board was what I was looking for and I asked the girl taking my order and drive-thru to hold on one moment and she proceeded to sigh very loudly as if she was irritated by me when there was absolutely nobody behind me anyways. I think that the staff at this McDonald's need to learn some better etiquette in dealing with their customers. On top of that the caramel macchiato I was given was dripping down the side, the girl that handed it to me at least attempted to try to wipe it up but didn't even get nearly half of it cleaned up. The best thing I can say about this particular McDonald's is that at least the food is hot and fresh.
Why are you reading a McDonald's review? You've never been? Liar! It doesn't matter what the reviews say good or bad. You're still gonna go. There's gonna be a low point in your life where the only thing that will comfort you can be found in the bottom of a little plastic cup filled with a weird version of sweet n' sour sauce. 40 cents worth of comfort. It's actually given freely if you order nuggets with it. Go figure.
Ordered new chicken strips. Got chicken sandwich which I am sure I was overcharged. Live out of Carmi. They even added honey mustard to sack, should have clued in someone the order was not correct.
Waited over 45 minutes for a latte. Offered $3 refund on $5 latte. Rod young man to put that $3 in the Ronald McDonald House box. Highly dissatisfied with Carmi McDonalds and their never ending broken latte machine. Has me thinking about opening a very customer friendly coffee shop in town. We need good coffee options and, Carmi McDonalds, cannot offer that. 20 thumbs down and will never go there again.
Had a little TROUBLE getting the order streight..but finally got the lady to understand what we wanted. .only ordered 2 Sausage Barreto's and 2hot sauce and one mild ..and a senior def. Coffee...
