Wow!!! I could not be more satisfied with the crew on board here. They met and exceeded any and all expectations I had of a wireless provider!! A BIG thank you to Zach in particular! He guided my son and I through every step with patience, poise and a infectious smile to boot! Zach was quick to share his extensive knowledge about all Verizon data plans, devices and just about anything else you would want to know! I felt like I was the only customer they had, so I was elated, to say the least (not to mention my son laughed all the way back home!). Thanks Zach, I couldn't have done it without you, lol.
The worst customer service ever!!!! Rude and disagrees with everything your told directly by Verizon. They also accused Verizon of lying to me, so I left the store called Verizon directly and they handled everything just like they said they would. I suggest you stay away from TCC!!!
