I’m happy to say the owner called and spent a good deal of time talking and listening to me. Seems customer service isn’t lost after all and I think I can confidently say this was just a series of unfortunate events. Thank you again for the phone call.

couldnt find anyone inside to help, finally..video games in the back room. Got our name and address so messed up we weren’t sure who we were. They did get our credit card number right. Paid for $65 for delivery, one guy shows up in a personal vehicle. My husband had to help him unload and install. Just sad. Looks like we will be skipping sears altogether.
Very unhelpful employees and ALWAYS an issue when returning items which has happened a lot lately go elsewhere!
